Overview
Compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants are needed for a care home in the NG4 area of Nottingham, which provides nursing and residential care for people experiencing neurological illnesses, brain injuries or mental health illnesses. The home provides care for residents aged 18-65. As a Care Assistant, you would provide a key role in the efficient running of the service and help residents with personal care and daily activities, encouraging the service users to remain as independent as possible.
You will be responsible for completing relevant paperwork, following personalised care plans and reporting any issues you may encounter.

Qualifications
- Proven experience within a similar care environment.
- Checkable work history.
- Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. If not up to date, online training may be offered with an added fee.
- In-date enhanced DBS check. If your DBS has expired, arrangements can be made for a new one.

- Typical hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00 and finishing at 14:00.
- Hourly rate: £12.55 plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
