We’re recruiting a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring homes in Burton upon Trent. Importantly, these homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing teams to focus on delivering genuinely therapeutic, child-centred care rather than managing large group dynamics. The successful candidate will inherit a stable team structure, including a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers, enabling them to focus on quality, leadership and outcomes rather than constant recruitment.

The Package:

  • £60,000 basic salary
  • £10,000 performance bonus
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Shared on-call with Deputy Manager
