We’re recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager opportunity overseeing 2 neighbouring Ofsted‑registered EBD children’s homes in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a strong reputation for delivering genuinely therapeutic, trauma‑informed care — with both homes currently rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. Both homes are 3‑bed solo‑placement services, connected by adjoining gardens, and supervised by a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers.

The Role

As Dual Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of both homes, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and team leadership.
