Local hours available for experienced Care Assistants in the Heanor area - Offering weekly paid hours! We have immediate opportunities for experienced Care Assistants to join a welcoming care home in Heanor, Derbyshire, working weekend shifts. This beautifully maintained home supports up to 60 residents, many of whom are living with age‐related conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's. Supporting both their mental and physical wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping residents with daily tasks including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition. You'll also assist with general housekeeping duties, follow health and safety procedures, and ensure accurate reporting of any changes in residents' conditions or incidents to senior staff. Requirements

  • An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
  • Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
  • A referenceable work history
  • At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers ongoing weekend work as a Care Assistant.

Hours

  • 06:45 to 14:30 (Early)
  • 14:15 to 22:00 (Late)

The rate of pay for this role is £13.00 per hour.
