We are looking for reliable, dedicated, and caring people with care experience to join our Agency and work within one of our care homes in Heanor, Derbyshire! The home accommodates for care of the elderly, residents suffering with Dementia, Mental health and physical disabilities.
Your role will be to attend to any personal care needs, support mobility where required, completing daily activities with the residents to enhance their everyday lives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about care in all areas and willing to take on a challenge. Not every day in care is the same so you must be able to adapt to new situations.
Minimum requirements for Care Assistants are:
- Safeguarding training within 1 year
- Infection Control within 1 year
- Moving and Handling training within 1 year
- A DBS check for adults services dated within the last 12 months preferably on the update service
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Health and Social Care environment
QS Care can provide training opportunities for candidates with training that has expired. Additionally, we can arrange a DBS application on behalf of the candidate where the last check was done over 1 year ago and is not on the update service.
This is an ongoing opportunity. We have afternoon shifts available throughout the week. The shift will be 14:15-22:15. You will be paid £12.71 per hour, with hours worked between 7pm-10pm paid at an enhanced rate of £16.24 per hour.
