Responsibilities

  • Support residents in their daily tasks, facilitating hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Accurately report condition updates and any incidents to senior staff members.
  • Support the psychological and physical well-being of residents suffering from age-related illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Qualifications

  • 3 months experience within a similar care environment.
  • Checkable work history.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Online training is available if certificates are not up to date.
  • In-date enhanced DBS check. Facility to arrange a new one if your DBS has expired.

  • This is an ongoing position.
  • You will be working from 14:00 to 22:00 on various days between Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: £12.21 per hour going up to £16.24 per hour after 7pm.
