What You’ll Be Doing

  • Food & Wine Knowledge: Guide guests through our menus, recommend dishes and drinks,
    and share your passion for hospitality.
  • Creating Atmosphere: Bring energy and personality to the floor, keeping the vibe
    polished, friendly, and relaxed.
  • Building Connections: Make guests feel at home, creating genuine experiences that
    turn visitors into regulars.
  • Team Player: Support your colleagues across the floor and back of house,
    ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Standards & Care: Keep tables, service areas, and guest spaces looking their
    best while upholding health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a quality-driven
    restaurant or bar (preferred but not essential).
  • A natural people person with a love of
    hospitality.
  • Interest in food and wine, with a
    willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication skills and a
    positive, team-first attitude.
  • Calm, reliable, and thrives in a
    fast-paced environment.
