We’re on the lookout for a Temporary HR Specialist who’s ready to step in, take the reins, and make a meaningful impact over the next 4–6 months. Based at one of our fabulous clients in Milton Keynes, you’ll support the Head of HR through a period of maternity leave coverage.

What You’ll Do:

* Be a trusted HR point of contact onsite — advising, guiding, and resolving day-to-day HR queries.

* Own parts of the recruitment process, from posting roles and screening CVs to arranging interviews and drafting offers.

* Deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences and help drive improvements along the way.

* Keeping the HRIS systems accurate and up-to-date, ensuring data integrity across the board.

* Handle monthly and quarterly HR reporting and audits with precision.

* Provide robust administrative support including updating files, tracking changes, and communicating with payroll.
