We’re on the lookout for a Temporary HR Specialist who’s ready to step in, take the reins, and make a meaningful impact over the next 4–6 months. Based at one of our fabulous clients in Milton Keynes, you’ll support the Head of HR through a period of maternity leave coverage. This isn’t just a seat-filler role — it’s a chance to join a global business at the heart of innovation, where people and purpose come together. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping the team stay connected. What You’ll Do: * Be a trusted HR point of contact onsite — advising, guiding, and resolving day-to-day HR queries. * Own parts of the recruitment process, from posting roles and screening CVs to arranging interviews and drafting offers. * Deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences and help drive improvements along the way. * Keeping the HRIS systems accurate and up-to-date, ensuring data integrity across the board. * Handle monthly and quarterly HR reporting and audits with precision. * Provide robust administrative support including updating files, tracking changes, and communicating with payroll.
