Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? We are looking for a Twilight Operations Support professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth operational performance during our Summer Series.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of organising, managing, and maintaining critical operational data and administrative processes. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, efficiency, and communication are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative processes relating to building access during the Summer Series
- Collate attendance and performance metrics, escalating issues in line with agreed procedures
- Ensure all temporary workers have up‑to‑date training records and maintain the skills matrix
- Monitor training compliance and capture re‑training requests
- Generate and present reports using existing software systems
- Maintain accurate records of leavers, including reasons for leaving
- Manage and update software account records for all temporary workers
- Support Operations Managers with a range of data‑related tasks as required
Candidate Requirements
- A strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time
- Experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where data accuracy is critical
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams and departments
