We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to act as the vital link between customers, field service engineers, partners, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring service operations run efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Handle inbound customer calls via the dedicated MSC/Customer Service hotline
- Manage mailbox enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately log faults within MS Dynamics CRM for Sysmex and partner supplier equipment
- Schedule emergency call-outs
- Schedule routine maintenance visits
- Schedule urgent field corrective actions
- Work collaboratively with the Field Service Engineering team to meet customer requirements
- Reporting
- Collate data and update cases within MS Dynamics CRM
- Create reports for Account Managers
- Manage partner supplier equipment maintenance and liaise with customers to organise visits
- Administration
- Escalate customer issues where appropriate
- Update MS Dynamics CRM for newly installed partner supplier equipment
- Support inventory management processes
- Business Relationship Management
- Continuously strengthen and develop relationships with business partners
- Act as a key coordination point between internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or technical administration
- Confident handling customer calls and managing competing priorities
- Strong IT skills (experience with MS Dynamics CRM is desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, solution-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
