Temporary Reception Administration Assistant – Summer Project (27 Apr‑2026 – 7 Aug‑2026) – Wymbush, Milton Keynes
Working hours: 7:30 – 17:00 Monday to Saturday (Saturdays may end before end of contract).

We are looking for a Reception Administration Assistant to join our team for an exciting Summer Project based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent front-of-house service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk
- Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
- Adding workers to the database
- Managing access control queries and administration
- Removing site access when required
- Processing worker ID badges
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role
- Excellent communication skills - friendly, professional and confident
- Strong administration skills with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using databases and Excel
- A proactive and reliable approach
