We are recruiting for a Picker Packer for our client based in Milton Keynes.

Hours of work: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Extended hours on Mondays (typically until 6:00 PM). During peak periods, availability to work every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) is required — with a weekday off in return. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient order picking to meet KPIs and tight deadlines
  • Packing products following tailored processes for individual clients
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and web browsers to complete order-related tasks
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a warehouse team
