We are hiring a dynamic and driven Shift Manager on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a passion for leadership and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for running a 3pm-11pm shift (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Recruit, train, and support new team members
- Produce and analyse management information to drive performance

Looking For
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
