Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a proactive and motivated IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our client’s growing IT team. As the first point of contact for technical support across the business, you'll play a key role in keeping their systems running smoothly and their users productive. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting critical warehouse and logistics systems, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st line IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
  • Managing user accounts and access permissions
  • Installing and configuring IT equipment and applications
  • Supporting system upgrades, rollouts and IT projects
  • Maintaining accurate support records and documentation
  • Escalating complex issues when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or similar IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and user support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-focused approach and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, PowerShell, ER.
