We-re on the lookout for a Temporary HR Specialist who-s ready to step in, take the reins, and make a meaningful impact over the next 4-6 months. Based at one of our fabulous clients in Milton Keynes, you-ll support the Head of HR through a period of maternity leave coverage.
This isn-t just a seat-filler role – it-s a chance to join a global business at the heart of innovation, where people and purpose come together. You-ll play a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping the team stay connected.
What You-ll Do:
Be a trusted HR point of contact onsite – advising, guiding, and resolving day-to-day HR queries.
Own parts of the recruitment process, from posting roles and screening CVs to arranging interviews and drafting offers.
Deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences and help drive improvements along the way.
Keeping the HRIS systems accurate and up-to-date, ensuring data integrity across the board.
Handle monthly and quarterly HR reporting and audits with precision.
Provide robust administrative support including updating files, tracking changes, and communicating with payroll.
