We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a world-renowned luxury car manufacturer on a 12-month temporary assignment based in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Advisor, be the first point of contact for customers, providing first-class service and support. You\\\’ll handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer queries are managed efficiently and resolved to a high standard.
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email within agreed timescales
- Providing accurate information on products and services, acting as a single point of resolution
- Carrying out contract administration tasks in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Taking ownership of issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer\\\’s satisfaction
About You

Essential skills and experience
- Previous office-based customer service experience (financial services experience highly desirable)
- GCSE passes in Maths and English (or equivalent)

- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
