We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers, providing expert product advice, and helping drive sales across our exciting portfolio of cycling brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and has a genuine passion for the cycling industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone and email.
- Providing expert technical advice across our product range.
- Proactively contacting customers with new product launches and special offers.
- Working closely with our Brand and Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
- Managing your own workload effectively while delivering outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence in providing technical product advice.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A solid understanding of Road and MTB bikes is desirable.
- Knowledge of Shimano products would be highly advantageous.
- A motivated team player who can manage multiple priorities and consistently achieve goals.
- Experience within the cycling industry is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
