About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a busy friendly team as a Lead Generation Retail Specialist on a 12-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Financial Services brand, engaging with current and prospective customers across multiple digital and telephone channels.
You'll play a key role in delivering a consultative sales experience, identifying customer needs and helping connect them with the right Mercedes-Benz products, services and retailer network while ensuring full compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations. No previous automotive experience? No problem - full training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact current and prospective customers through outbound telephone campaigns and LiveChat.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and identify suitable vehicles, products and offers.
- Convert customer interactions into qualified sales leads for the Mercedes-Benz retailer network.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction.
- Ensure all conversations comply with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process data in line with GDPR requirements.
- Work closely with retailer and dealer networks to support lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services.
