About the Role
Join a global leader in content distribution as a Client Relations Manager, supporting the growth of IPS UK. You will act as the main point of contact for publisher clients, managing relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client success from onboarding through to long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, handling queries and ensuring clear, proactive communication
- Provide regular sales updates and promote marketing opportunities
- Act as the link between clients, sales teams, and operational departments
- Lead client meetings, sales conferences, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and analyse performance
- Advocate for client needs internally while aligning them with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with metadata and operational requirements
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and contribute to system and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in publishing or a related field
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g. Canva)
- Excellent organisation skills
