What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll act as the go-to link between stakeholders, systems, and teams—keeping operations efficient, compliant, and continuously improving.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure business needs are met.
- Lead training and support for UK associates across EOM, CMS, and DMS systems.
- Take ownership of Business Operations projects from concept through to completion.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing smarter solutions.
- Support reporting, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance operational processes.
- Manage order and inventory transactions on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrations when publishers expand services.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of client publishers.
- Deliver training sessions and maintain clear process documentation.
- Troubleshoot consignment ledger and system issues with Credit Control.
- Support clients using the Publisher Portal.
- Attend client integration meetings and ensure onboarding actions are delivered.
- Analyse sales and operational data; produce ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor service levels and recommend improvements.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage inventory transactions, sales reports, purchase orders, and discount updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support client-facing events and liaise with warehouse teams on stock and queries.
