The Role

Youll be cross-trained across multiple operational areas, providing support where its needed most. Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email, youll move fluidly between teams during peak periods and high-priority situations to ensure smooth service delivery. Youll also support with customer escalations, using your calm, professional approach to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-first focus.
