£32,500 per annum | Full-time | Office-based | Milton Keynes

Were looking for a confident, commercially driven Inside Sales & Office Administrator to join our clients growing team in Milton Keynes .
This is a key role within a sales operation, with the primary goal of driving revenue by managing the sales cycle from the office . Youll be speaking to customers, generating new opportunities, preparing quotes, negotiating deals and making sure orders are processed smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.
The role
Make outbound calls and targeted emails to generate new business
Respond to and qualify inbound sales enquiries
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
Handle objections, negotiate and close sales
Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and operations
Manage customer information, sales activity and pipeline within the CRM
Follow up opportunities and keep prospects moving through the sales process
Work closely with Field Sales and Marketing teams
Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations and training
Produce sales and pipeline reports
Provide general office support, including calls, emails and correspondence
Feed customer and market insight back to the wider team
