We are working with a newly established and exciting commercial insurance brokerage in Milton Keynes, led by an MD with 25+ years experience in the insurance industry. The business has ambitious plans for growth and this is an opportunity to play a key part in that journey, rather than simply joining another established corporate environment.
With the experience, knowledge and market relationships already in place, the business is now looking for an ambitious Commercial Insurance Account Executive to help shape the next stage of its growth. This isn't just a role where you inherit a book and manage renewals. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your own pipeline, win new business and grow existing accounts with the support of an experienced internal broking team behind you.
What you'll be doing?
- Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Identifying and winning new business
- Developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals and introducers
- Attending client meetings, networking events and industry functions
- Providing professional advice across a range of commercial insurance products
- Working closely with the internal broking team to secure the right solutions for clients
- Managing your accounts with a strong focus on service, retention and growth
- Ensuring everything is delivered in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements
