We are on the lookout for a Purchasing Assistant to join our friendly and forward-thinking team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain process, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on track and up to date.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing and placing purchase orders with care and accuracy
  • Keeping an eye on delivery and shipping updates to make sure everything arrives on time
  • Checking that all shipping documents are correct and complete before anything goes out
  • Updating order statuses on both our internal system and supplier platforms
  • Keeping detailed records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other key information
  • Supporting the wider purchasing team with general admin tasks
  • Communicating regularly with suppliers to maintain great working relationships

What you'll bring:

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel
