We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of our manufacturing customers based in Milton Keynes.

Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting the site's processes and equipment, covering both electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as general building and facilities maintenance. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting all site processes and equipment, including electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as building and facilities maintenance
  • Liaising with external contractors when required
  • Using technical manuals, engineering drawings and testing equipment
  • Carrying out regular checks and inspections
  • Keeping maintenance records up to date
  • Installing and repairing site services
  • Supporting the smooth running of the site and its equipment

About You:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have an engineering qualification and some previous experience in an engineering or maintenance role. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has an interest in both mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Has previous experience working in an engineering or maintenance role
  • Is confident using tools and equipment
  • Can read and understand engineering drawings
  • Has a practical, hands-on approach to maintenance
