The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor for one of our clients based in Milton Keynes.
Hours of work: 7.30am - 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am - 3pm on Friday

Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate operations, leading production team
- Oversee orders within production schedule, ensuring quality standards met
- Continuous improvement
- Work in collaboration with planning and scheduling
- Take part in audits and carry out routine risk assessments
- Monitor performance and maintain manufacturing KPIs
- Utilise systems to track inventory, reporting waste and scrap
- Support the Plant Manager with recruitment and training as well as motivating team
The successful candidate will need:
- A solid background within a manufacturing/production environment based within potential fields such as automotive, engineering, chemical as an example
- Experience of leading a team
- A good understanding of quality systems
- Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement tools
- Excellent problem solving skills
- ERP systems working knowledge
