Our Global client is looking for a hands-on, action-driven Logistics Co-ordinator to take full ownership of international freight operations across road, sea, and air. This is not a passive role. You will run end-to-end logistics execution, ensure customs compliance, and challenge freight costs to keep shipments moving efficiently across the UK, Europe, Far East, and Middle East. If you thrive on precision, pace, and problem-solving this is your space.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end shipment management across global routes (road, sea, air)
- Commercial invoices & export documentation - accurate, compliant, audit-ready
- Customs declarations & duties - calculated, validated, and risk-free
- Incoterms application (EXW focus) - applied, challenged, optimised
- Freight forwarder relationships - negotiate rates, improve terms, reduce cost
- Chamber of Commerce processes - COO applications, legalisation, tracking
- Dangerous goods shipments - compliant with IATA, IMDG, ADR
- Reverse logistics - returns, re-imports, reconciliation

- Proven experience in international logistics / freight / supply chain
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Commercial invoices & export declarations
- Customs duties, HS codes, Country of Origin
- Incoterms (you don’t just know them - you use and challenge them)
