We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to join our clients team in Milton Keynes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:30
- Friday: 08:00-15:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Working within a factory/workshop environment
- Operating power presses
- Testing finished products
- Carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Producing and assembling mechanical components
- Maintaining 5S standards
- Collaborating with other departments to support production needs
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent Mechanical Engineering qualification (essential)
- Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience in assembly, fabrication, and inspection
- Ability to identify root causes and develop effective engineering solutions
