Were recruiting for a proactive and adaptable Customer Operations Specialist to join a busy contact centre team in Tongwell, Milton Keynes.
The Role
Youll be cross-trained across multiple operational areas, providing support where its needed most. Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email, youll move fluidly between teams during peak periods and high-priority situations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Youll also support with customer escalations, using your calm, professional approach to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-first focus.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (Financial Services experience desirable)
- Confident managing high volumes and changing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A flexible team player who thrives under pressure
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (FCA, DPA, AML, Code of Conduct, etc.)
