Job Purpose: Enhance the company’s success by delivering front line technical support on company systems to partners across the UK and Ireland, directly contributing to business growth and overall sales targets by providing practical support on fabrication and installation best practice for all products including aluminium & steel systems, digital solutions and project applications. Working closely with our technical services, product management, training, engineering, sales and specification teams to provide market leading technical support, acting as \’Subject Matter Experts’ and supporting partner training on systems. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to schedule site visits, prioritising based on urgency and location. Update and manage the booking and appointment system, ensuring all visits are coordinated and confirmed with relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of site visits, reports, and customer interactions for reference and quality control. Perform comprehensive site inspections of installed systems to identify and troubleshoot fabrication or installation non-conformities. Deliver detailed visit reports outlining findings, root causes, and clear recommendations for corrective actions. Perform factory surveys for customers, offering recommendations on tooling and equipment to enhance the efficient production of systems.
