Support Engineer to join a specialist healthcare environment, providing remote technical support for advanced diagnostic equipment used across NHS and private laboratories.

RDP, VNC and Augmented Reality to diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues and support customers, helping to keep essential equipment operational and reducing the need for on-site visits.

The Role

  • Provide first-line remote technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment faults.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate complex issues to field engineers and technical specialists.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety at all times.

About You

  • Level 3 qualification in

Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar....
