We’re recruiting for a Support Engineer to join a specialist healthcare environment, providing remote technical support for advanced diagnostic equipment used across NHS and private laboratories.
Based in Milton Keynes , you’ll use innovative remote technology including RDP, VNC and Augmented Reality to diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues and support customers, helping to keep essential equipment operational and reducing the need for on-site visits.
The Role
- Provide first-line remote technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment faults.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Escalate complex issues to field engineers and technical specialists.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety at all times.
About You
- Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar....
