We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Temporary Conveyancing Secretary to join a busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with experience in conveyancing support to assist in ensuring the smooth progression of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare and manage client files
    • Draft and process legal correspondence
    • Organize and maintain legal documents and records
  • Client Communication
    • Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
    • Provide updates and manage client expectations throughout the transaction
  • Support with Searches
    • Assist with conducting and chasing property searches
    • Gather and collate necessary information for the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with Stakeholders
