We are currently recruiting for
Manufacturing Technicians to join our client's team in Milton Keynes.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity , with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Shift pattern
Rotating 3-shift system
Fixed shifts may also be available.
Once permanent, there are excellent benefits available .
The role
You'll be working in a busy factory/manufacturing environment where chemicals are used as part of a number of processes.
The role involves working with a variety of machinery and equipment, so a strong focus on safety, accuracy and following processes is essential.
Your duties will include
- Operating and overseeing a variety of machinery
- Weighing and mixing chemicals
- Welding and using saws
- Following detailed instructions and set processes
- Reading and interpreting information from control panels
- Handling products safely using the correct tools and PPE
- Using a range of measuring equipment
- Working in line with strict health and safety procedures
About you
Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a manufacturing or similar environment, although full training will be provided .
