Job Description Milton Keynes | Permanent | Β£24,000 – Β£29,000 Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity? Our client is a well-established professional organisation with a strong focus on delivering an excellent service to its clients. They are looking for a proactive and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has experience within conveyancing and wants to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. Working closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide key legal and administrative support across residential property transactions and help ensure clients receive a first-class service. Submitting searches, Land Registry applications and mortgage redemptions Checking mortgage offers and search results Preparing invoices and financial statements We're looking for someone with at least 6 months' experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role, together with a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process and property law. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook A Law Degree and LPC, CILEX, CLC or equivalent qualification would be desirable.
