  • Work with the wider conveyancing team to determine appropriate solutions and ensure outstanding matters are resolved.

Lender & Compliance Requirements

  • Ensure properties satisfy relevant lender requirements, where applicable.
  • Work in accordance with the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders' Handbook and individual lender requirements.
  • Identify matters that may affect lender security and escalating issues appropriately.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with conveyancers, fee earners, legal assistants and other members of the property team.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on title issues and outstanding requirements.
  • Manage workloads effectively to meet transaction deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider team.
