The Role
Working closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide key legal and administrative support across residential property transactions and help ensure clients receive a first-class service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting solicitors and fee earners with residential property transactions and caseloads
- Dealing with client enquiries and taking instructions
- Keeping clients, estate agents and other third parties updated throughout the process
- Submitting searches, Land Registry applications and mortgage redemptions
- Checking mortgage offers and search results
- Preparing files for completion
