We are seeking dedicated Freelance and Full Time Assessors/IQA to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves evaluating and verifying quality standards across various projects, ensuring compliance with organisational and industry benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and relevant technical knowledge. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, providing valuable experience in assessment and quality assurance within diverse sectors.

Duties

  • Conduct assessments of projects, services, or products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.
  • Verify compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations through thorough inspections and evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings, including recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with project teams to clarify assessment criteria and provide guidance on quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments conducted, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices to inform assessment procedures.
  • Offer constructive feedback to clients or internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, inspection, or assessment roles is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for clear reporting and client interaction.
  • Technical knowledge in areas such as Health and Social Care, End of Life, Dementia, or teaching is advantageous depending on the specific assessment focus.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in training or teaching can be beneficial for providing guidance and support during assessments.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools, documentation procedures, and industry standards will enhance effectiveness in this role.   • D32/33 or equivalent
  • V1 or equivalent
  • AET or equivalent
  • Health and Social Care Qualification Level 3 or above
