We are looking for an ambitious Training Centre Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding apprenticeships and training, and who is equally excited by growing a successful training business within the adult social care sector (ASC).
Alongside leading our training centre, you'll help develop new employer partnerships, promote our apprenticeship and commercial training services, and play a key role in expanding our presence within the sector.
You will be responsible for the effective leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the training Centre β delivering apprenticeships, diplomas and care-specific training.
You will be responsible for Ofsted, ESFA, awarding organisation, safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR, equality, health and safety, and internal quality requirements.
The role combines strategic oversight with operational management and requires strong leadership, quality assurance, staff management, learner support, employer engagement, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the training centre.
You will also be the Quality Nominee for Ofsted, coordinating inspection readiness, communication, evidence gathering, and quality improvement activity relating to Ofsted requirements.
