The Bell is a busy village pub at the heart of the community.
Our customers love quality pub food, but they also love a proper sandwich, cheesy chips and the classics.

A chef who's passionate about great food, takes pride in consistency, and wants to develop the menu over time while keeping the favourites that bring people back week after week.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the kitchen and setting high standards every day.
- Building, developing and inspiring your own kitchen team.
- Creating seasonal specials and evolving the menu over time.
- Delivering consistently good quality pub food in a busy environment.
- Working with the wider management team to help drive the business forward.
- Managing stock, GP, food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.
We're looking for someone who
- Is an experienced Head Chef or a very strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Wants ownership of their kitchen and takes pride in what they produce.
- Is a genuine leader who can get the best from a variety of people and personalities.
