Are you looking to progress your hospitality career? We are looking to recruit confident Supervisors or Duty Managers wanting to take the next step in their career to join us as trainee Pub Managers, heading up one of our teams at Quality Inns of Gloucestershire.

A bit about us… Quality Inns of Glos Ltd are a family run pub group, with 15 sites across Gloucestershire and Devon. We are not a traditional chain and pride ourselves on the fact that each of our pubs are uniquely different, with an emphasis on serving good British homecooked food sourced locally, giving the customers everything they would expect at their local pub!

What are we looking for?

  • Current experienced Supervisors or Duty Managers within the hospitality industry, looking to take the next step to becoming a Pub Manager.
  • Candidates must be capable of working under pressure and juggling many responsibilities.
  • Providing fantastic customer care, managing the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and front of house activities.
  • Management of key performance indicators including budgets, wastage & GP’s.
  • Be self-driven and have determination to push the business to its full potential being responsible for social media, advertising and promotions of live music & events throughout the year.
  • Previous experience of working in high-paced food lead pubs, ideally a managed house.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety.
  • Have hands on approach, setting a great example to the team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and back office till functions.
