Chef de Partie ready to take the next step) to work alongside and support our Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent food and maintaining a high-performing kitchen.

- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistently high standards

- Helping to train and support junior team members
- Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Assistant Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for producing quality food
- The ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
- Reliable transport is essential due to our rural location
40-45 hours per week | Two consecutive weekdays off - Live in accommodation available for the right person!
