The White Hart in Newnham-on-Severn is looking for experienced Bartenders & Waitstaff to join our team
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys working in a busy pub environment and potentially ready to take on a little more responsibility over time.
We're looking for people who can hit the ground running, work confidently without constant supervision and take pride in delivering great service to our customers.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working behind a busy bar
- Confident serving customers and managing a busy shift
- Comfortable working on the floor when needed
- Reliable, responsible and well organised
- Able to work independently and use your initiative
- A friendly, approachable attitude
- Good knowledge of drinks and bar service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
For the right person, there is the opportunity to progress into Keyholder responsibilities once you've completed training and are comfortable with the role.
Your own reliable transport is essential due to our location

- 20β40 hours per week, depending on what you're looking for
