  • Maintain and develop your existing accounts

  • Knowledge of your own hauliers will be a great advantage

  • Process bookings from customer by phone/email

  • Handle the coordination of freight (Land, Air or Sea)

  • Handle all operational aspects of import and export movements

  • Request customs clearance of both export and import shipments via our in-house customs team

  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliers

  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that expectations are met during the movement of cargo

What are we looking for:

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Freight Forwarding experience by Air, Sea, Land and Abnormal

  • Freight Account management experience: 2 years (preferred), Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Senior Account Manager, Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Sales Admin, Account Executive, Customer Services, Customer Sales, Customer Sales Associate, Customer Services Administrator, Client Services, Freight Business Development, Business Development Manager, Business Development Specialist, Business Development Executive, will also be considered for this role.

  • 20 days holiday + bank holiday. After 2 years’ service you will get 2 extra days, then rising by 1 day each year thereafter to 30 days (max)
