As the Compliance Engineer, you will manage all aspects of Engineering compliance across Engineering at the Barnard Castle secondary site.
You will ensure GSK Compliance Systems are applied in a systematic and sustainable manner within the Engineering Department and support the improvement in compliance related areas and activities by application of the Quality Management System and Engineering standards to ensure satisfactory outcomes from Regulatory inspections are achieved.
In this role you will…
- Management and governance of area engineering safety and quality KPI\’s and alerts, including Deviation, PM DE & Critical alarm management and ownership for Engineering. Ownership of the Engineering Change Control, MC and PIMMS process for Engineering to ensure effective on time completion, archiving and reporting.
- Maintain the risk management system for Engineering to ensure all risks are documented and actioned to ensure risks are mitigated within agreed milestones.
- Ensure documentation and MyLearning curricular periodic review and retention is managed.
- Chair Engineering governance meetings and attend engineering and business aligned governance meetings as Engineering representative.
- Management Monitoring audit universe and adherence to schedule throughout the year including conducting audits for both quality and EHS.
- Support GMP and safety audits including fronting as required.
