We are looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers/Carers with a valid driving licence and business insurance to provide 2:1 care for two five‑year‑old boys.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consistent supervision at home and in the community.
- Support client’s communication, emotional regulation, and personal care development.
- Plan and deliver calm, structured, and sensory‑friendly activities.
- Ensure client’s safety while encouraging participation in age‑appropriate and community activities.
- Provide respite and support to the family, liaising with professionals as needed.
- At least 6 months recent care experience.
- Experience with children with autism, sensory needs, and complex behaviours.
- Training in trauma‑informed, sensory‑aware care preferred.
- Patient, empathetic, and confident in managing challenging behaviours safely.
