Care Package – Mental Health Support Workers Needed (Preston) Start Date: TBC – no later than 15th August Shifts: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am (12-hour shifts, days and nights) We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join a 3:1 care package based in Preston supporting individual (Female under 18) with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in mental health settings * PMVA and PBS training (mandatory) * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) * Up-to-date mandatory training – including restraint safeguarding children. * Full Enhanced DBS Children and Adult cleared. * Commitment to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care Staffing Ratio: 3:1 Client profile will be shared via email prior to start If you meet the criteria and are passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you
