We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. The role involves planning, producing and executing SEO-optimised content across blogs, category pages, and product descriptions to drive organic growth and improve search performance. The Ecommerce Executive will oversee product and pricing optimisation and assist the Ecommerce Manager with the delivery of CRO initiatives. By staying ahead of ecommerce trends and continuously developing their expertise, they will identify new opportunities to improve conversion rates and maximise online performance.
Execute compelling content across a range of digital channels, including website blogs, category pages, and product descriptions, ensuring all content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimised. Utilise Google Search Console and SEO tools to regularly research search keyword terms, to optimise products and generate blogs with an aim to increase the quality of organic traffic and improve SEO rank. Maintain strong partnerships with the SEO agency and external web developers to drive the content strategy and implement technical improvements. Support the monitoring of website performance by analysing key metrics, identifying trends, and generating reports across digital platforms such as BigCommerce, HubSpot, and GA4. Contribute towards improving customer experience by using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other UX tools to analyse user behaviour and conduct A/B testing to optimise the website for a seamless, conversion-focused experience. Support in maintaining and expanding the online product ranges by uploading and updating product information and pricing to drive online sales. Collaborate with the Marketing department to achieve department goals and KPI’s. Opportunity to develop into a SEO/CRO specialist role.
- 2+ years experience in an Ecommerce/SEO or content-focused role.
- A Digital Marketing Degree qualification or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in content and technical SEO.
- Confident using SEO tools, Google Search Console & GA4.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Creative thinker.
On-site - Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm. Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) - Plus company wide bonus scheme. 23 days holiday.
