The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education is seeking an Account Manager to shape and grow commercial partnerships.
We are a world-leading quality agency with unmatched experience of providing impartial regulatory and collaborative quality assurance and enhancement. We support universities and colleges in working with students and learners, governments, funders and regulatory bodies to evidence and enhance the excellent quality and high standards of the education they provide.
Position
As an Account Manager at QAA, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our commercial partnerships. You’ll work closely with our Customer Engagement team to identify opportunities with existing customers, develop proposals that create value, and strengthen how they experience and perceive QAA.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a great opportunity to make an impact and gain valuable experience within our organisation. The role is offered within a set salary band, in line with our commitment to fairness and consistency.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can confidently establish strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders, customers and sponsors to understand their challenges and objectives, and provide unique solutions to their needs.
You’ll need experience of working within a business-to-business customer facing environment in a sales or business development role, with a track record of consistently hitting sales targets and delivering high levels of customer service.
