Your Impact

The Utilities Application Engineering Manager will oversee a global team supporting monitoring solutions in the electrical Transmission and Distribution sector. Your goal is to provide timely support to customers, ensuring reliability and asset availability.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, and field teams, travel to key accounts, support customer training, and work with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges. Our global team ensures responsiveness across time zones, providing a high-visibility career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Application Engineering team to support sales of monitoring systems worldwide.
  • Coordinate with Sales Management on deployment, resource allocation, and support for proposals, technical cases, and demonstrations.
  • Monitor team effectiveness, customer response times, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MSc preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical customer service or operations, preferably in utility transmission, distribution, or power generation industries.
  • Knowledge of IT, communication protocols, instrumentation, and basic programming.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
